The purpose of mediation and conflict management is to resolve the dispute peacefully and promote mutual understanding at the social, organizational, legal and political levels.

Program goals

The Master's Degree in Mediation and Conflict Management is intended to meet the need of the society and business community in the qualitative training of professionals in mediation and conflict management. 2nd years of training - specialized training and work on the graduation project. Students choose a specialization and perform a diploma thesis.

In the frameworks of training the internship in the Netherlands, Spain or Latvia is envisaged.

Second-year students undergo specialized training, choose a concentration, and work on a diploma project that summarizes their educational trajectory.

The program includes an international internship in the Netherlands, Spain, or Latvia, offering opportunities for practical experience and global networking.

All students are registered in the Unified State Electronic Database (ЄДЕБО) and receive a state-recognized Master’s diploma, which has international applicability and confirms a high level of qualification.
