On September 24, 2026, KROK Business School hosted the scientific and practical conference "KROK Business Impact 2026: Solutions for the Resilience and Development of Ukrainian Business." The event was held online and brought participants together to discuss pressing issues of strategic management, business transformation, operational efficiency, human capital, and sustainable development.
An important international component of KROK Business Impact 2026 was the presentation by Mr. Jung Hong, Partner at Oliver Wyman (New York, USA). He presented global trends in private equity allocation, key investment sectors, and the
possibilities of applying international experience to strengthen the resilience and post-war development of Ukrainian business.
The main part of the conference took place in the format of parallel discussion panels: "Strategic Management and Business Development," "Business Transformation and Operational Efficiency," and "Human Capital and Sustainable Development."
The conference served as a platform for dialogue among researchers, educators, and business community representatives regarding practical solutions capable of supporting the resilience, transformation, and further development of Ukrainian business under conditions of high uncertainty.
