This program is a fundamental introduction to procurement and supply chain management. Participants will master procurement terminology, supply chain management, and basic concepts related to managing the overall flow of materials from suppliers to customers.

The entire procurement process and the flow of materials, information and funds in the chain are considered. and supplies from the supplier to the final consumer. All value chain processes and production management fundamentals are discussed, from long-term to short-term execution planning and activity mapping.
