On March 2-3, 2019, a third module was completed at KROK Business School, completing the Lean IIBLC® training program for the Green Belt (CGBL®) exam, "Striving for Perfection". Program participants studied in detail in theory and practice such topics as "Total Quality Management", "Basics of Change Management",
"Methodology of 6 Sigma for Quality Management", "Team Building", "Methodology for Improving DMAIC, "Support System" and "Building a Support System". At the end of the module, a mock exam was held, and participants received feedback and recommendations from the instructor of the program Roman Romantsov.
On March 16, program participants will meet again at KROK Business School to complete the Lean IIBLC® International Green Belt (CGBL®) Certification exam.
