ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Global Project and Process Management (GPPM) program at KROK Business School is designed for university graduates of any major and students who are beginning their careers.
The program is open to everyone who aims to:

  • build their own business in a global environment
  • develop a career in multinational companies

Citizens of Ukraine and residents of foreign countries may apply.
Format: distance learning, online
Duration: 1 year 4 months (3 semesters)
Language of instruction: English

REQUIREMENTS FOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

In order to succeed in studies under the GLOBAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (MGBM) program, candidates with foreign citizenship and citizens of Ukraine must have a sufficiently high level of English. The applicant takes a written entrance exam on knowledge of the English language as a part of the admission process.

Expected Learning Outcomes of the Program

A Master in Global Project and Process Management will acquire the following knowledge and skills upon completion of the project management curriculum:

  • Ability to demonstrate the use of standard project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to identify the characteristics of effective project management
  • Understanding of the project manager’s role in achieving the organization’s strategic goals
  • Ability to determine challenges in implementing successful projects and identify ways to address them
  • Understanding of the project manager’s role and development of the skills required for effective team leadership
