Head of the Creativity and Innovation Research Center at KROK Business School. Member of the Global and European Boards of the World Creativity and Innovation Week (WCIW) initiative. Leads research and educational projects at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and organizational psychology. Official reviewer of the international academic journal Innovation (New York, USA).

Recipient of the EU “Red Kalyna” Award (2024), recognized among the Top 10 Women Innovators of Ukraine.
Winner of the EFMD Excellence in Practice Award (2025) in the Leadership Development category for teaching in a corporate program delivered by KROK Business School for Credit Agricole Ukraine.

Has over 20 years of professional experience in creativity and innovation development, knowledge management, and learning and development. Has delivered more than 18,000 hours of corporate and open training programs for business, public sector, and NGOs.
