The start of new academic year

In September 2023, the new academic year began for second-year students of the master's programs "Business Administration", "Project and Process Management", "Mediation and Conflict Resolution". Happy faces, a flurry of positive emotions, openness and a thirst for new knowledge - with this attitude, the graduates of the master's programs of the KROC Business School returned from the summer vacation in the auditorium. In the third, final semester of study, MBA students continued studying Financial Management with Oksana Androschuk, mastered effective presentation skills with Natalia Kalinina, and delved into tax legislation with Svitlana Moroz.

For students of the Mediation and Conflict Resolution program, the academic year began with new disciplines: future mediators learned from Svitlana Nasyrova about how a mediator should organize marketing activities, and from Angela Krychyna - how to conduct conflict consulting or mediation with one participant. The winners had the opportunity to actualize the acquired knowledge, structure it, and practice mediator skills in the formats of group research work, solving cases, planning the mediator's positioning and client search strategies, and participating in conflict-consulting simulations.

Students of the Project and Process Management program began the semester studying Organizational Behavior with Oksana Sedashova and Project-Oriented Organization with Olena Danchenko.

There is still a lot of interesting and useful work ahead for all students of KROK Business School, in particular pre-diploma practice. And after that, students will work on diploma projects together with their supervisors.
