The corporate program "Team, Human Capital, and Conflict Management. Negotiations and Resilience" for employees of JSC NNEGC "Energoatom" has wrapped up at KROK Business School.
Over the course of five weeks, 82 participants, divided into 5 study groups, completed the training. The program was attended by managers of various levels, corporate psychologists, and heads of the company's trade union organizations. Participants mastered modern approaches to leadership, personnel motivation, conflict management, negotiations, and the development of personal and team resilience.
The training was conducted by instructors and experts from KROK Business School: Olena Halushko, Ruslan Lemeshchuk, Oksana Sedashova, Nataliia Kalinina, and Olha Vasylets. The program combined theoretical knowledge with a significant number of practical cases and exercises, allowing participants to immediately practice the acquired tools in managerial situations.
The high rating of the program is confirmed by the participants' feedback. In particular, Dmytro Sozinov, Head of the Training Center at the "ARS" Branch of JSC NNEGC "Energoatom", noted: "Useful courses for managers of all levels. I recommend taking them."
