Start of studies in the "Master of Mediation and Conflict Management" program

On November 5-6, 2022, the 4th group of students under the "Master of Mediation and Conflict Management" program began studying at the KROK Business School. The group's audience is very diverse. These are top managers of large companies, lawyers, lawyers, judges, psychologists, and IT specialists. At the first initial module, students began by getting to know each other, mastering the theoretical foundations of modern conflict studies and developing practical skills in research and analysis of facts related to the phenomenon of conflict with Oksana Sedashova, academic head of the program, associate professor of the KROC Business School. Another course of this module was devoted to various aspects of negotiations with Natalia Kalinina, associate professor of KROK Business School. The training was productive and interactive in online and offline format despite the blackouts and air alarms.
