Preliminary defense of their diploma projects of the Master's program "Management of Projects and Processes"

Very intense first month of the new year is passing at KROK Business School. So many different events! On January 20, 2024 students of the Master's program "Management of Projects and Processes" held a preliminary defense of their diploma projects at the finish line. Students of the master's program presented their work and research on various aspects of project management, using advanced methods and approaches, which they mastered during the one and a half year study. The themes of the dissertations are impressive! These are project-oriented business, conflict management in project work, AI in project management, management of international project teams, features of clinical research project management, implementation of a project approach for strategic changes.

Each diploma project presented by the students contained an innovative component and was of a practical nature. The procedure for the preliminary defense of master's theses took place in an atmosphere of great interest and high expertise. Members of the commission provided recommendations for improving projects. Because all of us, faculty, students, and the administration are interested in a quality result.
