Panel discussion "Will mediation become a part of corporate culture?" during the International Mediation Month in partnership with NAMU

According to statistics, companies lose billions in profits just because of conflicts. In business, everyone is in conflict: employees with each other, with customers, contractors, partners, employers and company owners, partners with each other. We lose self-control and let our emotions drive our behavior and that is when companies lose money.

Mediation has established itself as an effective way to resolve conflicts and disputes, in the business environment. Will mediation become part of corporate culture? This issue will be the main topic for discussion at the panel discussion during the International Mediation Month in partnership with the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine.

During the panel discussion “Will mediation become part of corporate culture?” Experienced specialists in mediation and conflict resolution, instructors and graduates of the program "Master of Mediation and Conflict Resolution" Victoria Polishchuk, Alina Badina, Oleg Omelchenko, Natalia Kalinina will find out the causes of conflicts in Ukrainian companies, ways to resolve conflicts, conditions for creating an anti-conflict climate in companies and with what conditions mediation can become a significant part of the corporate cultures of Ukrainian companies.
