On May 3, 2025, a new group began their LEAN Green Belt certification course at the KROK Business School. The group includes representatives from major multinational corporations in the FMCG sector, IT companies, and the defense industry. The KROK Business School team is pleased to see that more and more professionals recognize the importance of implementing LEAN tools and methods and are acquiring advanced skills in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence.
The Green Belt level program is designed in a convenient format for working professionals and includes three intensive two-day weekend modules, consultations, and a mock exam. Under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced trainer, participants gain knowledge in operational excellence processes and prepare for the official certification exam. The training is led by Roman Romantsov, a seasoned professional with deep knowledge and extensive practical experience, holding both Green and Black Belt certifications from LEAN IIBLC®.
