MBA - Summing up the results of the spring-summer semester 2024

In July, the second, spring semester of the 11th cohort of Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at KROC Business School came to an end. What did you remember about the days of study modules and between module periods? Master's degree applicants mastered various disciplines, such as Organizational Behavior, Financial and Management Accounting, Effective Business Model, Digital Marketing, People Management and Resilience, Modern Studies in Management, Risk Management. O. Kalinin, Ph.D., professor, head of the Department of Management and Innovative Development, A. Bortnik, Ph.D., associate professor, O. Vietska, Ph.D. PhD, I. Dolyanovska, Doctor of Jurisprudence, Associate Professor. In order to obtain modern, relevant information for MBA students, KROK Business School on a permanent basis invites practicioners who have up-to-date knowledge, know the market, business needs, and most importantly, the challenges. During the spring-summer semester, MBA students met and worked in the classroom with such distinguished professionals as Oksana Demchenko, managing director of the OD-Space company, Tetyana Gerasimova, a finance expert at the Vedys Consulting Agency, Olena Galushko, an expert in human capital management, director in people management of one of the Ukrainian companies, by Ruslan Lemeshchuk, director of the DTEK Academy. In addition to regular training modules, master classes were organized during the semester with Iryna Rubis on the topic "Diversity and Inclusiveness", with Lora Gasai, a specialist in People & Partnerships at DREAM - the State Digital Ecosystem of Recovery Management on the topic "Business  Communications", with Yevhen Tyshchenko , chief state inspector of the VAT Administration Department of the Taxation of Legal Entities Department of the Main Directorate of the DPS in Kyiv of the State Tax Service of Ukraine on the topic "VAT Taxation", with Yulia Solokha on the topic "Ethics in Social Networks".

Classes and meetings took place in an interactive format, because studying at the MBA is about acquiring modern knowledge, developing skills and sharing experience.
