On October 13, at KROK Business School , the first group of the Lean IIBLC® Green Belt Exam Program (CGBL®) began its training. Participants, including project managers on production efficiency and managers for continuous improvement, successfully mastered the material of the first module - "Introduction, main LEAN principles and definitions." The instructor Roman Romantsov paid attention to the detailed disclosure of such topics as "Introduction to Lean", "Basic Principles of Lean", "Determination of Values аnd Losses", "Order Leading Time (Lead Time)" the training programs were not only prepared for certification for the Green Belt (CGBL®) in Lean IIBLC®, but were also able to easily and professionally solve issues related to the implementation of Lean in their companies.
The next, second module - "Value Stream" - will be held on November 10-11, 2018. We invite everyone to join the program from the second module.
KROK Business School is the exclusive official IIBLC® examination center in Ukraine. The launch of the next group is scheduled for the end of January 2019.
