The educational process for the 5th group of master's students in mediation and conflict management concluded with the defense of their thesis projects. Each project was unique and interesting, containing an innovative component. What topics did the students research? These included mediation in communities as a mechanism for building a culture of dialogue, conflict resolution in the business environment, integration of international experience in alternative dispute resolution into Ukrainian realities, application of mediation in public administration, particularly in tax disputes, and of course, the use of artificial intelligence for conflict management.
The members of the thesis committee at KROK Business School noted the high level of preparation of the students and their findings in the field of alternative dispute resolution and mediation, in particular. It is also worth noting that various companies where our graduates work will be implementing alternative dispute resolution tools to minimize conflicts.
We sincerely congratulate our students on the successful defense of their theses! We are proud of our graduates and wish them success in the field of mediation development as an alternative method of conflict resolution. May their scientific research and theses make a significant contribution to the development of this dynamic field, helping people find peaceful and constructive ways to resolve conflicts and change the overall culture of dispute resolution.
