December 16, 2023 Business club on the topic "Management of performance and KPI"

On December 16, 2023, KROK Business School organized the meeting with Denys Shemyakin, a practicing economist, director of the Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Economy, and an ideologist for the implementation of the project approach in public administration. The meeting took place within the framework of the Business Club and the topic for discussion was "Management of productivity and KPI".

Denis Shemyakin shared information about the implementation of the KPI system to achieve the goals of the strategy of the Ministry of Economy and the results of implementation, what was done, namely how tasks were defined and cascaded, how they were adapted to the needs of the Ministry, the chronology of implementation, the implementation of a system for monitoring the implementation of tasks for various projects, issues of internal and external communications and the importance of teamwork.

The meeting was attended by students and graduates of MBA and master of project and process management programs, and instructors of the Business School. Taking into account the great interest in the stated topic, and in particular in the activities of the Ministry of Economy and the Reform Support Team, as well as the number of questions and wishes from the participants, an agreement was reached to continue the meetings on a regular basis.
