In July 2024, the educational marathon of the first year of study for students of the master's program "Mediation and conflict resolution" ended. It was a busy year, full of new knowledge, experience and challenges.
During the spring-summer semester, the winners studied such disciplines as "Management of conflicts", "Management of emotional competence and productive interaction", "Resolution of conflicts: litigation and arbitration", "Visual psychodiagnostics. Psychology of deception and manipulation", "Models and approaches in mediation", "Ethics of a mediator. Ukrainian and foreign experience".
Together with the faculty members of the KROK Business School, Oksana Sedashova, Viktoria Polishchuk, Inna Dolyanovska, Natalia Kalinina and others, the students mastered a significant and useful amount of information, developed skills through role-playing games and cases, developed packages of sample documents, and wrote scientific articles. Meetings with invited professionals in the field of mediation - Oleg Omelchenko, corporate lawyer, mediator, Maria Motylyuk, head of the NGO "Podilskyi Mediation Center", Halyna Sasyn, professional psychologist of the OD-Space company had a great influence on the training. The involvement of professionals with extensive experience in the field of mediation and conflict resolution has a great positive impact, helping to develop the skills and competencies needed by conflict resolution specialists and those who have chosen the profession of mediator. Congratulations to students and teachers on the end of this important stage in education and the beginning of the long-awaited vacation!
There is much more to come and we look forward to seeing you in the third semester starting on September 14, 2024. We hope for new achievements and achievements of our students.
