"Category Management" training

19-20 May 2017 BSK provided training-workshop "Category Management", which is part of the educational program of the Academy of skill procurement and joint project of BSK and the Swiss Siegel. Training conducted  Marina Trepova, one of the most famous professional and leading market experts in procurement and Category Management, a spokesman for the company Siegel, Switzerland in Ukraine.

A group of 12 participants, representing companies such as Carlsberg Ukraine, the national network of Master Zoo, the restaurant chain Playing With Fire, T-Bone, Mafia, company REALTO, came to Kyiv from different regions of Ukraine, considered issues relating to the definition of basic objectives and strategic procurement within the CPP model and 7th phases of Category management. During the training, participants were able to obtain useful, relevant and interesting information, tools for use in their practice from coach to discuss problem areas and issues during group work, presentations and discussions, share experiences and discuss issues with colleagues from other industries.

We hope that the participants and the coach got great pleasure from the joint active and effective work! In support, some participants have already registered for the next training Academy procurement skills - Effective management of suppliers and sourcing, which is scheduled on 19-20 September 2017.
