The team of professional trainers of the KROC Business School with extensive experience in the field of mediation and conflict resolution helps students acquire the necessary skills and competences, teaches them to use various tools and technologies necessary for those who have chosen to deal with such a complex field as conflict resolution. In September-October 2024, the studies of students of the master's program "Mediation and conflict resolution" continued. During the two months of the third, final semester, under the leadership of a stellar team of teachers and trainers, the winners studied such disciplines as "Conflict Facilitation" with Oksana Sedashova, "Conflict Consulting" with Angela Krychyna, "Communication Management" with Oksana Demchenko, "Marketing as a Mediator" with Svetlana Nasirova.
The students still have practice and the preparation of a thesis ahead of them. Future master's students are determined by the topic of their theses
