The Practice of Marketing Planning and Risk Management of Marketing Projects

The first part of the module covers the basics of managing marketing projects in accordance with current international standards of project management. The second part of the module reveals the techniques and tools of risk management that can help you manage risk as marketing companies, as well as the risks of marketing projects. The module is aimed at to form participants basic knowledge of modern project management methodology, to show how it can be applied to project management in marketing, give the basic tools of risk management in such projects. Participants possess the skills to develop the concept of the marketing of the project; planning the basic structures of the marketing of the project; identification, risk analysis, marketing of the project; building a risk matrix marketing project, to develop a plan of risk management marketing project.
