Market Research and Consumer Behavior

This module aims to introduce the main types of market research and build an understanding of the role and purpose of the study of the consumer in the modern company. In addition to the theoretical part, the participants will be presented case studies module works with domestic and foreign companies. Participants will learn the basic types of marketing research and the situation of their application, to master the logic of the application of consumer data in the planning of marketing activities. The module will help participants master the skills of identifying and setting goals and objectives of marketing research, the application of research results and data in consumer marketing activities.
