Andriy has over 18 years of management experience in international and Ukrainian companies, as well as over 10 years of experience in consulting. Andriy's clients include such companies as 1 + 1 media group, MAU, Galnaftogaz, Rudolfinahause, Raiffeisen Bank International, Template Monster and many others. He has considerable experience in teaching strategic and project management to various client groups.
Andriy is the author of the development of such a business tool as "Project Responsibility Matrix", which helps to streamline and optimize team interaction on projects.
Andriy Koreyba's areas of expertise and specialization are crisis management, project management, reengineering of business processes in operational activities.
At KROK Business School, Andriy delivers the "Project Management" course in MBA programs. He is the content leader of the "Master of Project and Process Management" program, where he teaches the courses "Project and Process Management", "Agile Tools in Project Management", and "Personal Business -efficiency".
Andriy Koreyba pays a lot of attention to socially responsible and volunteer projects.
He cooperated with the Care in Action Charitable Foundation ( https://care-in-action.org/ ), held classes for children aged 14-18 on the topic "Socially Responsible Business". For the NGO Ukrainian Professional Development ( https://profrozvytok.org.ua ) held a number of lectures on the topic of modern management for public employees from the Employment Fund and teaching staff of vocational schools/colleges and continues this activity.
Andriy is a mentor in the Diіa.Business program. Conducted masterminds for several groups of participants of the "Own Business" program on the following topics: business models, anti-crisis management, CRM as a tool for business development. He participates in and conducts an independent final evaluation of the "Brave 2.0" program.
Andriy has volunteer awards: from 2014 to February 24, 2022, he actively participated in the Center for Assistance to Families of ATO Participants. In 2016, he was awarded the commemorative award "For assistance in the defense of the state", received thanks from the Ambassador of Ukraine in Portugal for his active volunteer work. The main area of work was helping the children of fallen soldiers. From 24.02, personal assistance to military units and IDPs on the basis of Tsvit Kalinovym NGO and Vector Aid NGO. From January 2023 to the present, he has been actively helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for which he received thanks from various units of the Defense Forces and was awarded the "Volunteer of Ukraine" badge.
