Andriy has over 20 years of management experience in international and Ukrainian companies, as well as more than 12 years of consulting experience. Among his clients are companies such as 1+1 media group, MAU, Galnaftogaz, Rudolfinahause, Raiffeisen Bank International, Template Monster, and many others. He has been teaching since 2013 and has been with KROK Business School since 2019.
Andriy is the author of the development of a business tool called the Project Responsibility Matrix, which helps organize and optimize team interaction on projects.
His areas of expertise and specialization include crisis management, project management, business process reengineering in operations, and personal effectiveness.
At KROK Business School, Andriy teaches the course Project Management in MBA programs and is the content leader of the Master’s in Project and Process Management program, where he teaches courses such as Project Management, Agile Tools in Project Management, and Personal Business Effectiveness.
Andriy devotes significant attention to socially responsible and volunteer projects.
He collaborates with the Care in Action Charity Foundation (https://care-in-action.org/), conducting classes for children aged 14–18 on the topic of “Socially Responsible Business.” For the NGO Ukrainian Professional Development (https://profrozvytok.org.ua), he has delivered a series of lectures on modern management for public sector employees from the Employment Fund and faculty of vocational schools and colleges, and continues this activity.
Andriy is a mentor in the Diia.Business program. He conducts masterminds for participants of the Own Business program on topics such as business models, crisis management, and CRM as a tool for business development. He participates in the project and conducts independent final evaluations in the Vidvazhna 2.0 program.
He is also involved as a mentor in the BusinessTwin.ai project, aimed at creating a digital twin of a business based on artificial intelligence agents.
Andriy has received volunteer awards: from 2014 until February 24, 2022, he actively participated in the Family Assistance Center for ATO participants. In 2016, he was honored with a commemorative award “For Assistance in State Defense” and received a letter of appreciation from the Ambassador of Ukraine to Portugal for active volunteer work. His main focus was helping children of fallen soldiers. Since February 24, he has provided personal assistance to military units and internally displaced persons through the NGOs Tsvitom Kalynovym and Vector of Help. From January 2023 to the present, he actively supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for which he has received acknowledgments from various Defense Forces units and has been awarded the badge “Volunteer of Ukraine” and a special insignia from the separate Presidential Brigade named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky, “For Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
