Maria has completed more than 800 hours of professional mediator training, more than 1,700 hours of national and international practice of mediation and conciliation procedures, conducted more than 50 trainings and educational events on mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Maria is the co-founder and head of the NGO "Podilskyi Mediation Center". The founder and permanent trainer of the School of Mediation and Law. She has experience and development in the field of author trainings on mediation, co-author of educational materials and methodological recommendations on mediation and mediation for teachers for the NGO "La Strada-Ukraine". A graduate of the international certificate program "Practical Course on the Rule of Law" (Rule of Law) of the National Law University named after Yaroslav the Wise and the University of South Carolina (USA) with the assistance of the USAID New Justice Program. Maria is a graduate of the dialogue facilitation mentoring program within the framework of the Dialogue for Reforms and Social Unity in Ukraine project of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine. Maria is the co-author of the educational and methodological manual "Implementation of a restorative approach, mediation, mediation and the practice of the functioning of mediation services in educational institutions."
