Since 2008, she has been working in the field of T&D - training and development, as an internal trainer in an international company, head of the coaching and training department, project management, performance assessment and staff development. Galyna is co-author of the new Service 2.0 sales and service format, the Formula 2.0 incentive program for staff, which won gold prize at the 11th Annual 'ContactCenterWorld Top Ranking Performers Awards in Las Vegas. Galyna delivered hundreds of trainings on the development of Soft-Skills, strengthening the skills of business communications, programs to increase personal effectiveness and team productivity.
