She is Co-founder of the NGO "League of Mediators of Ukraine" and NGO "Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine and Coordinator of the project on cooperation with the Children's Services of the regional state administrations of the city of Kiev and the district Social Services of Kiev.
Angela completed the training program on the specialties "mediation", "family mediation", "business mediation", "trainer" organized by IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern - Business Mediator of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Munich and Upper Bavaria (Kiev, 2017). She attended training at the Institute for Peace and Harmony on the topic "Principles and tools of restorative justice in the work of a mediator with criminal situations". Angela completed successfully the course "Basic mediation coach skills" organized by the League of Mediators of Ukraine. She participated in the number of trainings organized by the Kiev-Mohyla Business School in the direction of "Family Mediation."
She participated as a trainer and coach in such projects:
- "Raising Awareness of Judges and Lawyers in Mediation and Awareness of Citizens on Mediation to Improve Access to Justice and Increase the Efficiency of the Judiciary" (Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, USAID) (Chernigov, 2018);
- "Improving the qualifications of the staff of TsSSDSM on work with family conflicts" in the framework of cooperation between GIZ Ukraine and the Institute for Peace and Accord. (Kharkov, 2018)
- Author's training "The use of mediation techniques in resolving a dispute with the participation of a judge" (Obolonsky District Court of Kyiv, January, 2019).
She has experience working with commercial and public institutions. Angela worked for the last thirteen years as a judge of the Obolonsky district court of Kiev. She is a co-founder of NGO "League of Mediators of Ukraine", NGO "Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine", mediator of the Mediation Center of the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry and participant in the project on the provision of mediation as a social service of NGO "League of Mediators of Ukraine" and services for children, Social Services of regional state administrations of Kiev and Kiev-Svyatoshinsky regional state administration.
Angela is a member of the Kiev Bar Association, the League of Mediators of Ukraine, the Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine.
Angela graduated Kiev National University the Faculty of Law, a lawyer by profession. She studied at the Institute of Postgraduate Education, Kiev National University and the Academy of Judges of Ukraine. She upgraded qualifications and studied at the course "Justice" in 2003, as well as at the National School of Judges of Ukraine - according to the program for judges of local general courts, the special course "Proofs and Proofs in Criminal Procedure in the Court of First Instance ", year 2014.
