Olesia implemented educational projects in various companiesand non-governmental organizations. She advises businesses and the public sector and conducts facilitation sessions. The main directions of Olesia's work as a facilitator are strategy development, foresight, formation of development scenarios and risk assessment.
Since 2008, she has been working at The Institute of lndustrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Olesia engaged in public finance, in particular, scenarios for the development of a corporate income tax system, state tax risk management, and tax incentives for smart industry development.
Over the years of research work, she achieved 1st place in the category of "Monographic Publication" in the competition of scientific papers under the competition direction "Tax policy in the context of the functioning of the financial system of Ukraine" at the All-Ukrainian Competition of scientific works of young scientists named after M.I. Tugan-Baranovsky. She also won the regional competition "Best Young Scientist", and received the Scholarship from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for young scientists and the Scholarship of the President of Ukraine for talented young researchers. Furthermore, Olesia emerged as the winner in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Competition of Scientific Projects with the research project "Tax Incentives for the Innovative Development of the Industry of Ukraine: An Evolutionary Approach."
Since 2017, Olesia has been the founder and head of the Smart Science Lab educational project. She is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Adult Education.
Education:
In 2004, she graduated from Donetsk State University, majoring in Accounting, Finance, and Audit. In 2008, she graduated from postgraduate studies at the Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and received Ph.D. in Economics in 2010. In 2017, she completed her doctoral studies at the Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, in 2020 she completed the Public Finance program at the Kyiv School of Economics.
