Her podcast on compliance for executives, business owners, and compliance officers has become an integral part of this journey. During this time, it has gathered over 1000 listens and more than 60 episodes, ranking 62nd in the Apple Podcasts "Business" category (Ukraine). As Marianna notes, "for me, this is not just a media platform — it is an opportunity to share experiences, change the approach to compliance, and contribute to the development of business culture in Ukraine. Over the past year, my colleagues and I have implemented training programs and lectures for businesses, public organizations, and worked on joint projects to promote the culture of ethics and responsibility in the corporate environment of Ukraine."
