LEAN IIBLC® Certification - Lean Manufacturing

Today LEAN IIBLC® certification and the results of its examinations are recognized throughout the world as an objective and independent tool to confirm that the level of training and experience of a LEAN specialist meets the current requirements and the international standards of knowledge set out in the IIBLC® Preparation for Examinations BOK (Book of Knowledge). After successfully passing the LEAN IIBLC® exams, the applicant is given the appropriate level of international LEAN certification.

The International Independent Qualification Council for Certification in LEAN - Lean Manufacturing IIBLC® is not a commercial organization whose objective is to provide objective and independent certification of the knowledge and expertise of the LEAN methodology for companies and independent experts that has become an international benchmark thanks to high standards of conformity certification.

IIBLC® was established in 2009 and today conducts independent LEAN certification in 10+ countries on 4 continents. Since 2009, thousands of LEAN professionals have confirmed their knowledge and obtained the appropriate level of LEAN IIBLC Certification all over the world. In Ukraine, examinations to confirm certification are conducted by KROK Business School in Kiev.

Preparation for examinations:

There are 2 ways to prepare for the exams for IIBLC® certification:

1. SELF STUDY

This method is suitable for those who already have the knowledge and experience of LEAN. The type of experience and level of knowledge depends on the level of certification that you plan to confirm (Green, Black or Champion). We recommend the purchase of the Book of Knowledge (BOK) prepared by IIBLC®, which is a good assistant in preparation for the exam. THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS

CERTIFIED GREEN BELT according

to LEAN (CGBL®)

For whom: Coaches for LEAN - Lean Production, Linear Leaders, Beginner Lean Business Consultants and LEAN Managers

Objective: to understand the basic principles and approaches of LEAN philosophy, to know the basic tools and techniques of Lean Production, to participate in the teams for continuous improvement

The exam includes:

  • Theoretical part - written Test of multiple choice, consisting of 80 questions (permitted subjects in the exam - only paper and pen). The candidate has 3 hours to complete the exam. For successful passage it is necessary to collect at least 70% of correct answers.

TO REGISTER

CERTIFIED BLACK BELT on LEAN (CBBL®)

Audience: Owners of IIBLC Breen Belt Certification, trainers, consultants

Duration: 8 days.

The cost of participation (without VAT):

  • in the program is 40 000 UAH.
  • in a separate one-day module is 7000 UAH.
  • in the two-day module is 14 000 UAH.
  • the exam costs 475 euros.

Objective: LEAN knowledge and understanding of LEAN Tools and Techniques, Leadership in change management and management in operational efficiency improvement teams, building a process of continuous improvement in the company.

Only candidates who have successfully passed the Green Belt certification exam for LEAN (CGBL®) are eligible for the exam.

The exam includes:

  • Theoretical part - written Test of multiple choice, consisting of 60 questions (permitted subjects in the exam - only paper and pen). The candidate has 3 hours to complete the examination task. For successful passage it is necessary to collect at least 70% of correct answers;
  • Practical part - a written Report on the implemented LEAN Project - Lean Manufacturing, in which the candidate must demonstrate proof of his practical skills. The report should be sent directly to IIBLC® not later than within one calendar year after passing the theoretical part of the exam and must be approved by the Head of the company in which the Project was implemented. The signature of the head of the company entitles IIBLC® in its discretion, if necessary, to carry out an independent evaluation of the results of the implementation of the Project. The Report is evaluated by one or more members of the Content Committee. After evaluating the theoretical part, the evaluation results are sent directly to IIBLC®, where the final evaluation of the Project is carried out by one or more of the Council members. To successfully pass this final part of the exam, you must score at least 65%.

CERTIFIED LEAN CHAMPION (CChL®)

For whom: Senior executives, First persons of the company, Leaders of Projects for implementation of LEAN Transformations in large companies (group of companies)

Objective: to have the necessary knowledge, skills and practical skills in the area of ​​specialization: production, administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Health, Safety and other areas, Preparation and management of LEAN LEAN Implementation Projects, LEAN management by the company department or group of companies.

Only candidates who have successfully passed the exam for the certification of the Green Belt for LEAN (CGBL®) and the Black Belt for LEAN (CBBL) are eligible for the exam.

The exam includes:

  • Theoretical part - written Test of multiple choice, consisting of 60 questions (permitted subjects in the exam - only paper and pen). The candidate has 3 hours to complete the exam. For successful passage it is necessary to collect at least 70% of correct answers;
