Training «Implementation of agile business models in the company»

Purpose of the training:

To provide practical tools for creating and implementing flexible and adaptive business models.

Target audience:

Owners, top managers, heads of departments of existing businesses with a sustainable business model who want to transform the existing business model into a flexible and adaptive. And also, those who are in the beginning of business creation and aspire to create the most flexible and adaptive business model.

Learning outcomes:

  • Knowledge of the benefits of flexible and adaptive business models.

  • Creating an adaptive business model architecture and selecting its priority components for your own business.

  • Obtaining a clear algorithm of actions for implementation of transformations.

  • Understanding of competencies and skills of flexibility and adaptability.

Format:

One-day practical seminar - 6 hours, 2 speakers.

Cost of participation and discounts: 2 500 UAH

  • 5 % - 2 participants from 1 company;

  • 7 % - 3-5 participants from one company;

  • 10 % -students and program graduates of BSK

There are two types of services provided under the contract:

  • Educational services (amount without VAT)

  • Information and consulting services including VAT 20%

Participation Fee includes:

Block 1: (2 hours)

Variability of approaches and technologies as one of the key trends today:

 
  • Extreme technologies, trends and their impact on the formation of a new business environment
  • Organizational flexibility and adaptability in the business environment: definition and typology
  • Comparison of companies that have switched to flexible business models and those that are still procrastinating on the example of different markets and segments
 

Block 2: (2 hours)

A practical algorithm for building a flexible business model or transforming an existing one

 
  • Defining the goal and forming a transformation strategy
  • Analysis of the existing business model and identification of potential, bottlenecks and risks for transformation
  • Determining the stages of transformation and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of each stage
 

Block 3: (2 hours)

Creating new norms and standards of flexibility and adaptability in the company

 
  • Involvement of the team in the transformation process, creation of change teams and cross-functional teams
  • The role of the leader of the CEO and top management in the transformation process
  • Approaches to determining the level of mastery of existing skills and determining the necessary skills for transformation
  • Building a culture of flexibility and adaptability in the company
