For the activities of Ukrainian institutions, peace and justice are an integral direction of the Sustainable Development Goals. It is impossible to ignore that the war in Ukraine affects absolutely all spheres of social life. Every day, Ukrainians transform their consciousness to the conditions of military realities, which affects the sustainability of the development of Ukrainian society. The war in Ukraine also destroys the stability of global peace and destabilizes the paths to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. The activities of KROK Business School are currently actively aimed at ensuring peace and justice, in particular through the implementation of the following measures:
- developing the institution of mediation as a way to resolve conflicts;
- educational programs with an emphasis on ethics and social responsibility;
- organizing and participating in events dedicated to resolving social conflicts, developing dialogue between communities, and implementing inclusive practices;
- training in peacebuilding and negotiations, including mastering skills in early forecasting, prevention, and de-escalation of conflicts;
- creating platforms for dialogue;
- specialized research programs on social justice, inclusion, and the impact of business on peace in society;
- volunteer initiatives aimed at helping vulnerable populations, supporting internally displaced persons, and developing local communities.
