How to learn to systematically and confidently solve problems at the enterprise? We invite you to learn how to do this by mastering problem-solving methods that combine a systems analytical approach to problem analysis with the use of Lean tools and progressive creative thinking techniques to solve business problems.
Participation in the challenge will be useful for managers and owners of companies involved in business management and development, MBA degree students and all those who face various problems in their work and are looking for new methods of solving them.
During the challenge, participants will form teams that, after mastering the theoretical material, will receive tasks to analyze and solve problems at various enterprises. The format of the competition will make it possible to determine the strongest team, the members of which are better than everyone else - they will cope with solving problems faster and better.
