Вебінар «Інновації та практики відповідального лідерства» у Бізнес Школі КРОК

30 травня 2024 р у Бізнес Школі КРОК відбувся вебінар, присвячений інноваціям в освіті. Захід зібрав викладачів, котрі знайомилися та обговорювали сучасні тенденції та проєкти, спрямовані на сталий розвиток бізнес-шкіл Центральної та Східної Європи (СЕЕ).

Однією з головних тем вебінару стала ініціатива UN PRME I5 (Principles for Responsible Management Education), яка передбачає впровадження принципів відповідального менеджменту в навчальні програми і активацію ефективного навчального процесу.

Значна увага була приділена проєктам сталого розвитку, що реалізуються на базі університетів СЕЕ (Corvinus (Budapest), SEB (Ljubljana) та інші). Учасники обговорили успішні кейси та інноваційні підходи до сталого розвитку, які включають екологічні, економічні та соціальні аспекти.

Інноваційні способи навчання та новітні педагогічні підходи також були одною з тем. Не секрет, що навчання молодих та дорослих студентів відрізняється, то ж були обговорені педагогічні та інноваційні підходи, котрі використовують колеги Бізнес Школи КРОК – члени UN PRME CЕЕ Chapter.

Бізнес Школа КРОК продовжуватиме такі дискусії і обмін ідеями для забезпечення високого рівня освіти та підготовки майбутніх лідерів, здатних відповідально та ефективно реагувати на глобальні виклики, а головне – тримати економіку України в часі війни і підвищувати життєстійкість нашої країни.

Webinar “Innovations and Practices of Responsible Leadership” at KROK Business School

On May 30, 2024, KROK Business School hosted a webinar dedicated to innovations in education. The event brought together educators who explored and discussed current trends and projects aimed at the sustainable development of business schools in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

One of the main topics of the webinar was the UN PRME I5 (Principles for Responsible Management Education) initiative, which aims to integrate principles of responsible management into educational programs and activate effective learning processes.

Additionally, significant attention was given to sustainability projects implemented at CEE universities (Corvinus in Budapest, SEB in Ljubljana, and others). Participants discussed successful cases and innovative approaches to sustainable development, covering ecological, economic, and social aspects.

Innovative teaching methods and the latest pedagogical approaches were also among the topics. It is no secret that teaching young and adult students requires different methods, so the pedagogical and innovative approaches used by KROK Business School colleagues, members of the UN PRME CEE Chapter, were discussed.

KROK Business School will continue such discussions and idea exchanges to ensure a high level of education and prepare future leaders capable of responding responsibly and effectively to global challenges, while importantly, supporting Ukraine’s economy during the war and enhancing the resilience of our country.
