December 3: A webinar titled "Why Does Business Need Mediation if There is a Court?" was held as part of the mediation month organized by the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine. The discussion aimed to explore the benefits mediation can offer to businesses. Speakers included mediators from various business sectors who shared valuable practical cases and personal experiences.
The issue of popularizing the mediation procedure remains relevant. Since business is about money, it is necessary to demonstrate the advantages of mediation in terms of numbers. Ideally, every manager/leader should possess basic mediator skills to manage conflicts. Thus, mediation is not only an alternative to court but also a powerful tool for developing corporate culture and maintaining business stability.
