Training program

Fundamentals

  • Interaction matrix: two vectors of attention “warmth” and “competence” (according to R. Sapolsky). How trust is formed and destroyed in relationships (actions, words, non-verbals).
  • How to implement an individual approach in practice. Behavior styles in business interaction KADE formula, behavioral flexibility workshop.
  • Proactivity and reactivity. What determines our behavior, conscious choice of reaction options and actions.

Workshop: how to get convinced

  • Means of persuasion: civilized vs barbaric means of influence.
  • Two levels of communication: emotions and logic, which is important to consider when persuading.
  • Argumentation: rules and mandatory conditions.
  • Argumentation techniques: basic argumentation, emotional argumentation, two-way argumentation, Socratic method. Workshop – Argument Grid.
  • Counter-argumentation: to fact, to logic fact-argument, to logic argument-thesis.
