Training "Planning as the foundation of an effective manager " for SME’s of Khmelnitsiy city

KROK Business School continues to develop small and medium-sized businesses. On October 27, 2022, KROK Business School , in cooperation with the Department of Economy of the Khmelnytskyi City Council, held an interactive training workshop for entrepreneurs and managers on the topic "Planning as the foundation of an effective manager." The training was conducted by Oksana Demchenko, an instructor at KROK Business School. The participants analyzed the subtleties and nuances of how to be effective, such factors as situation assessment, adaptation and appropriate actions were taken into account. It is pleasant to note that all participants, together with Oksana Demchenko, were in a positive mood. The trainer thanked the participants for their energy, dedication, interesting questions and sense of humor. Oksana Demchenko also gave an interview to a local TV channel and noted why it is important for entrepreneurs and managers to develop and learn.
