From July to October 2023, the training of the ABCOMMUNICATION team of managers continued at the KROК Business School under the "LEAN Green Belt" program. The program included 6 one-day modules, mastering the main topics recommended for study by IIBLC. The training program was developed taking into account the specifics of the company's activities. The participants worked in the classroom with Roman Romantsov, head of the accredited LEAN IIBLC training center, business trainer, Consultant in the direction of Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing (LEAN, Kaizen), Project management to increase operational efficiency, Construction and optimization of business processes using LEAN Tools.
During training, program participants actively worked in the classroom, learning the methods and fundamental principles of LEAN, the main project cycles, and many other things useful for understanding in order to further apply them in their activities. Between modules, participants completed homework and immediately applied the acquired knowledge in practice.
