From July 6 to 10, 2026, KROK Business School, in partnership with the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine (NAMU), hosted the Summer Mediation School — an educational and professional event aimed at discussing modern approaches to conflict resolution, analyzing practical cases, and exchanging experiences among participants. Throughout the 2026 Summer School, we explored mediation from various angles and across a wide range of fields — from corporate governance, government relations, and real estate, to veterinary medicine and the defense sector.
A special feature of the 2026 Summer School was the participation of students from KROK Business School's master's program in "Mediation and Conflict Management" as speakers. They presented the results of their own research, shared practical insights, and demonstrated how various alternative dispute resolution methods can be applied to solve real managerial and societal challenges.
We sincerely thank all the participants for their engagement, openness to dialogue, and readiness to share their experiences. These networking evenings truly inspire us to continue developing mediation in Ukraine.
