The MBA group at KROK Business School has completed the “Managerial Accounting” course with Tetiana Herasymova!
The final session became a true test of practical skills: participants presented case defenses in micro-groups. Each of the four teams explored ways to develop the enterprise, using modern management accounting models that integrate strategic, financial, and operational blocks
