On November 19, 2025, the official closing ceremony of the “Managerial School 4.0” program, designed specifically for Credit Agricole Bank managers, took place at the bank’s headquarters. Participants were congratulated on their successful completion by Carlos De Cordu, Chairman of the Bank’s Board, Olha Karpova, Executive Director of KROK Business School, and Oksana Sedashova, Associate Professor and trainer of the Creative Thinking module.
Throughout the program, participants deepened their knowledge of modern management approaches, effective communication, creative and design thinking, AI as a tool for digital thinking, delegation and teamwork, self-assessment and self-reflection, resilience, strategic thinking, and leadership competency development.
The seven-month program combined four two-day interactive sessions, five webinars, and work on real business tasks, enabling participants to gain new knowledge, useful insights, develop social skills, and immediately apply them in their professional activities.
