The KROK Business School Team Wins Project Competition within the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module "Peace Education for a Consolidated and Human-Centered Europe"

The project titled "Artificial Intelligence Opportunities for Conflict Management, Peacebuilding, and Mediation", co-authored by Olga Karpova, Master of Mediation and Conflict Management, Executive Director of KROK Business School; Oksana Sedashova, PhD, Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Innovative Development; Diana Levchenko, PhD, Senior Lecturer at the same department; and Maria Kobets, Master of Law and Master of Mediation and Conflict Management at KROK Business School, promotes the integration of nonviolent communication values, the formation of a dialogue culture, and the development of mediation practices in the educational environment.

KROK Business School once again demonstrated a high level of project thinking, creativity, and a value-oriented approach to establishing effective communication within organizations using artificial intelligence. The School’s participation in the project highlights its leadership in implementing innovations, fostering social responsibility, and integrating the Sustainable Development Goals.
