Successful completion of the Winter Mediation School

On February 10, 2023, KROK Business School completed its traditional event - the International Winter School of Mediation - 2023. We are proud that during the war we repeatedly raise the topic of conflict management and finding the most optimal ways to resolve conflicts and disputes. We continue to spread knowledge about mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods. The fact that a wide audience is interested in mediation is pleasing. We received more than 100 applications for participation from mediators, lawyers, members of public organizations, teachers and scientists, entrepreneurs and managers.

We held this event in partnership with the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine, the Association of Mediators of Georgia, the Center for Mediation and Law "Parasat" (Kazakhstan). Speakers from different countries and industries shared practical information about where and how mediation procedures can be used to solve a wide variety of problems. It was interesting to be acquainted with the development systems of mediation in Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, and to see what benefits mediation can bring in all spheres of economy and social life.
