Start of the program Master of Operational Excellence

Experts say that operational efficiency will be the main direction for the next 2 years, bringing it to the perfect level will undoubtedly lead to effective management and control, the creation of a better corporate culture, the growth of incomes and the transformation of business. Andrei Sergeyev, PhD, the trainer of Lean Six Sigma, described the principles on which operational perfection is based, during the presentation of the Master in Operational Excellence program on August 4 at the KROK Business School.

The Master in Operational Excellence program is the answer to the challenges faced by companies interested in the implementation of LEAN management. Operational Excellence is the actual factor of achieving the ideal quality in the sphere of supply of goods and services at the highest speeds today. This is a condition in which every employee, without exception, can see the flow of value creation up to the end user and make changes to the flow before undesirable phenomena have occurred in it.

The participants of the presentation learned how the training on the unique educational program for managers and operational directors, which will be launched in November 2018, will be implemented.
