On May 13, 2025, a solemn event was held at the KROK Business School - the awarding of certificates of advanced training under the program "Basic Mediator Skills" to 18 participants - representatives of the community of the Association of Mediators-Lawyers of Ukraine. The group included private and public executors from different regions of Ukraine, notaries, lawyers who were trained together with the coaching team of the KROK Business School (Ukraine) and ASSERTIVE Group (Switzerland) in the following courses: Introduction to Mediation - trainer Igor Okunyev, Conflict Psychology and Visual Psychodiagnostics - trainer Oksana Syedashova, Negotiations in Mediation - trainers Natalia Kalinina, Steve Alban Tineo, Mediation Process, Models and Approaches - trainers Viktoriya Polishchuk, Polina
Nesterenko, Emotional Competence of a Mediator - trainer Galyna Sasyn, Communications in Mediation - trainer Oksana Demchenko and Mediation in Enforcement Proceedings - trainer Kateryna Karashchuk.
The graduates of the program shared their impressions that mediation has become a philosophy of dialogue between people for them. The participants of the program expressed their gratitude to the trainers, organizers and management of the KROK Business School for the opportunity to become mediators, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Mediation”.
The graduates of the program received a printed publication of the authors of the KROK Business School “Mediator’s Manual: Professional Handbook”, which will be useful for further mediation practice and conflict resolution.
