Scientific-Applied Conference "Research in modern management"

On December 17, 2023, on the eve of the Christmas and New Year holidays, a scientific-applied conference "Research in modern management" was held at KROK Business School. Graduates of the MBA master's program presented the results of research.

This event is the final part of the study of the course "Research in modern management", the content of which is led by Inna Dolyanovska, PhD in Law, Associate professor,instructor of KROK Business School. The students of MBA program demonstrated the ability to publicly highlight current issues and challenges in modern management and offer their own vision for solving problematic issues in this field. The reports presented during the conference were performed by the awardees as part of writing a master's thesis and touched on the topic of the diploma. In particular, the following topics were discussed during the event:

"Formation of HR model: stages and application", "Problem assets: theoretical and practical dimension", "Psychological aspects of educational activities for teenagers: theoretical and problematic aspects", "Elevator industry: theoretical aspect", "Formation of digital marketing strategy: stages and application", "Programmed advertising: current state of the industry", "Analysis of challenges and opportunities for the development of the engineering industry of heating systems, water supply and internal climate in Ukraine", "Problematic issues of automation in the field of service provision and management of heating and water supply systems in Ukraine", " Management of groups of small and medium-sized enterprises: theoretical and practical dimensions", "Foreign experience of the development of the market of dietary supplements and prospects for use in Ukraine", "Innovations in the process of plant nutrition".

Olesya Vietska, PhD, and Olena Danchenko Professor, PhD, both instructors of MBA program and Olena Kornienko, deputy director of the KROK Business School, acted as experts and opponents who assessed the quality and relevance of the reports. It should be noted that the event took place in a "live" format, which made it possible for the winners of the program to take part in the discussion. Reports will be published in a special scientific publication of the KROK Business School.
