Category management training

On April 4-5, 2024, the author's training on category management was held at the KROК Business School, which was conducted by business trainer Oleksandr Bakka. Representatives of various production, trade and service companies took part in the training.

The participants considered the key principles of category management, risk and success factors, studied and mastered the main stages of work from task setting to evaluation of results, mastered special techniques used in category management. And most importantly, the participants were enriched with knowledge that will help develop and optimize projects and companies, and obtain financial results.
