Olga Karpova, CEO of KROK Business School, took part in the EFMD Deans Conference 2026, held on 3–4 February 2026 in Vienna, Austria — one of the key global events in the field of business education. The conference brought together 400 leaders of leading business schools and universities to discuss current challenges, innovations, and strategic solutions in management education.
This year’s programme placed special emphasis on:
- the global responsibilities of universities in uncertain times, including geopolitical challenges and shifts in the global economy;
- the integration of artificial intelligence into educational processes — from new learning formats to the transformation of administrative and marketing functions within business schools;
- the development of resilient and responsible leadership, essential in an environment of rapid change and high competition;
- new models of stakeholder engagement and the adaptation of programmes to meet the needs of diverse learner groups.
Olga Karpova’s participation in the conference was an important step toward strengthening the international expertise of KROK Business School and expanding partnerships within the global business education ecosystem. Engaging in discussions alongside leaders of top schools worldwide helps shape a modern vision of management programme transformation, integrate best practices, and reinforce the competitive position of Ukrainian business education on the international stage.
