We invite you to attend the master class of Olena Siukayeva "How to form a systemic view of the company?"
During the master class we will talk about four important components of the company activity, namely:
Finance - Where do you get money for the company.
Customers and products - why a customer should bring us money?
Business process - why they are important and the role of BP in the system.
And Personnel as the main asset of the company.
Olena Siukaeva is an instructor at KROK Business School, working on the Mini-MBA program, the author of two modules - Practical Economics Tools and Effective Business Plan. Elena is an expert in finance, management accounting, and business process management. Now she manages the company "Gidroresurs-K", but often helps to build a business for others. The Prince Trubetskoy Winery, the Kubik, Lagoda-Loft business centers, the Panorama restaurant, the Goloseevo Park Hotel, Elena took part in setting up the business processes of these companies. In the fall of 2017, she participated as a lecturer in the project "Nova Poshta Business School".
