Meeting of the Advisory Board on Mediation

On May 14, 2025, a meeting of the Advisory Board on Mediation took place at KROK Business School. The operation of such boards is a successful practice in developed countries around the world. Typically, these boards consist of graduates from relevant programs, as well as faculty members and professionals in the field who have achieved outstanding results.

The Advisory Board on Mediation welcomed new members. During the meeting on May 14, 2025, the following new members were approved:

  • Ihor Vondrachek, graduate of the Master's Program in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, 2025
  • Iryna Lyshchuk, graduate of the Master's Program in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, 2025
  • Tetyana Sokolovska, graduate of the Master's Program in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, 2024

We sincerely congratulate our graduates on their new status and look forward to fruitful cooperation in the development of mediation in Ukraine.

During the meeting, topics discussed included the update of the educational and professional program "Master of Mediation and Conflict Management," proposals regarding the content and structure of academic disciplines, integration of modern topics into individual courses and into the qualification theses of master's students. Special attention was given to pre-graduation internships and the importance of the scientific component for the development of mediation.

We are pleased that program graduates are not standing aside but are actively participating in finding solutions and providing recommendations for improving the content of educational programs, introducing new approaches, and remaining open to dialogue.

As Marianna Rozumna, a board member and program graduate, noted: "It is precisely through such cooperation that we can jointly shape high-quality, modern education that meets the challenges of our time."

The KROK Business School team is grateful to the members of the Advisory Board on Mediation for their cooperation and recommendations regarding the development of mediation programs at KROK Business School.
