Mediation and conflict management do not stand still in Ukraine: new topics, challenges, areas that require the attention of mediators and conflict resolution specialists are emerging.
The KROK Business School International Mediation Center, with the support of the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine, does not remain aloof from the processes of the development of mediation both in the practical sense and in research.
This season, the Mediation Summer School becomes a platform for sharing experience in the field of mediation and conflict management, discussing practical cases of conflict resolution in the business environment, as well as presenting new scientific research on mediation and conflict management. The speakers of the Mediation Summer School will be lecturers and instructors of the Master's program "Mediation and Conflict Resolution" at the KROK Business School, who are mediators-practitioners, as well as the master's students in Mediation and Conflict Resolution Program who are experienced specialists representing various fields of activity, economics and law.
Participation in the Mediation Summer School will be useful for entrepreneurs and business managers, HRs, public administration specialists, community representatives, mediators, and other professionals whose activities are related to communication, establishing, and maintaining relations with clients, employees, partners, as well as to those who are just discovering mediation.
The event will be held online (Zoom).
