On November 19, the KROK Business School hosted the latest meeting of the Advisory Board on Mediation, dedicated to the development of the educational program and strengthening the practical component of mediator training.
Key highlights of the meeting:
- Analysis of the new cohort profile: Participants discussed the professional expectations and needs of students enrolled this year, which will help adapt learning modules and ensure content relevance for different categories of learners.
- Engaging experts in the learning process: Board members will act as guest speakers at webinars and seminars, strengthening the link between theory and practice and providing students with access to real-life cases.
- Participation in Mediation Month: Supporting the initiative of the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine through open lectures, expert sessions, and discussion events aimed at promoting peaceful conflict resolution approaches.
- Program improvement: Considered proposals regarding the format of pre-graduation practice and other elements of the curriculum.
The meeting concluded with the formation of a set of recommendations to be implemented in the near future. KROK Business School highly values the contribution of Advisory Board members to the development of modern mediation education in Ukraine.
